- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I complained because the Vela Smooth was too painful, they refused to give me my money back for the future services I had purchased in a package. No where did it state that there was no refunds. They force you to purchase the services in a package and pay up front, but when you experience it and realize it is not for you, there is nothing you can do. The Vela Smooth does not work.
