- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We had to go somewhere else this morning for an emergency extraction for my seven year old and these people weren't very nice at all! They barely waited five minutes for the local anesthesia to kick in and when he said it wasn't numb they still went ahead and assured him that they had waited long enough and proceeded to extract his tooth! It was awful to see him in excruciating pain and to hear him scream and cry! They didn't seem to care and send us out in less than 10 minutes total! We have been home for an hour now and it is barely starting to feel numb to him! He has been crying the entire time! We went to another dentist to get a second opinion on the matter and they told me that the entire procedure would at least last a half an hour and they would first of all would make sure that the area is numb before they start extracting a tooth. That they would check after fifteen minutes and then apply extra anesthesia if necessary. That makes so much sense to me! I am never going back to those people!April 04, 2017by A Google User
