  My experience as a patient at Hoopes Vision has been outstanding. The staff are very friendly, professional, and kind. The service there is phenomenal! The office itself is beautiful and clean (plus they serve cookies and water!). I don't have a single complaint or bad thing to say, it has all just been a truly wonderful experience.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Hoopes since 1992. He and his staff make you feel like family. They have taken great care of my mother, my sisters and my son. They are the very best at what they do. Shout out to Dr. Dutson.....thanks for taking the time to figure it out!!

  Worst place ever. Nice surroundings, nice people but no communication. I went in for an eye procedure. Filled out and sent my paperwork in a month ago. Get to my appointment to find they don't accept my insurance but it's only going to be $150 today. They knew I was there for a procedure and assured me that's all it would be so I went ahead. Well, after all the testing, in which they added on another $150 test, I now find out they only do one eye at a time so I would need to come back. So the Dr says, let's see what your insurance will pay on this. I was very puzzled, as the front desk told me $150. But no, $150 was for an eye exam I didn't need and I didn't have cash for the surgery. Oh okay, well your bill today is $300! What? For an eye exam I didn't need and a procedure I couldn't get plus time off work. They dropped it to $150 and I paid for an exam I didn't need. If they followed up in the first place, there would have been no time wasted because I would have known I couldn't go. I am very poor so this $150 really hurt. I am VERY upset and will let my eye Dr know and will never refer anyone.

  I don't know how you could top this kind of service. From the front desk check in to checking out. Everyone was so kind. Dr. Dutson and John were so helpful with my 92 year old Mother-in-law. She struggles to communicate but they found a way to do so, while preserving her dignity. They were so patient and understanding with her. Top notch staff!!
